Almost

Almost
My latest layout is entitled "Almost"- my older is now almost a teen, and exhibiting symtoms of it - and we're not ready! :) He lets me take much fewer pics of him now, and so I tend to have less layouts of him, but I'm determined not to let that happen!
Journalling reads: You’re growing up so quickly! These days you complain when we ask you too many questions, saying things like. “I’ve told you all you need to know..”, or “why do you need to know so much about my personal life?” What a shock at first! :)But we’re now getting used to it. You’re still any parents’ dream, obedient, disciplined, reasonable,so we have no worries. It’s just that we want to know all about your day, your friends, how you’re feeling about things, everything! You’re just growing up, we know, and we’ll get used to it by and by,.... but, take your time, ok? stay for a while our ALMOST a teen.

  1. Oh, that's a hard age, isn't it? We started getting some of the teenage rebellion as early as 10 or 11! :P
Now my oldest is 14, and so far so good. But I know we still have some rough road ahead before we're done with all the teenage angst!

  2. Sounds like you and your hubby have a handle on the teen years. I know you will do fine as will he. As hard as having a teen is, being a teen is so much harder.

  3. I don't even want to hear the word teen or even tween. My daughters are only seven and nine and I cringe at the thought of the tween/teen years.

  4. Hello again! Thank you for reminding me that "God will never FAIL to provide our needs"...that is one thing that I tend to forget sometimes but, He never fails to be on time when I need Him the most. And YES, I would love to talk to you about our experiences about becoming a designer. I am so eager to be a designer and trying to learn as much as I can yet, I feel like there's so much to learn that I feel like I'm still at the very bottom. I guess, we all start somewhere. Well, hope to hear from you soon and thanks for everything...God bless.
